MR. STATE TROOPER Bruce Springsteen's historically amicable relationship with law enforcement took a turn for the worse after The Boss brought up the Amadou Diallo episode in a new song he performed live last week in New York City. But 41 Shots/ American Skin isn't his first tune to bring up the police:
