With its handheld cameras, quick cuts, rapid banter and vibrant Miami colors, this relationship sitcom pops onto the screen like a bag of Skittles dumped on a marble counter. Unfortunately, its intertwined stories of well-to-do, young, hot bodies aren't half as interesting to listen to as to look at. David Frankel (Miami Rhapsody) has put sharp dialogue in the mouths of shallow characters, making for a PG Sex and the City without its edge or likability.
