DANIEL PELOSI, 40, electrician; with second-degree murder in the bludgeoning death of wealthy Manhattan financier Theodore Ammon in Ammon's ivy-covered East Hampton, N.Y., mansion; in Riverhead, N.Y. The case captured tabloid headlines, as Pelosi married Ammon's widow three months after the murder. He has pleaded not guilty.
