PO-MO FOR THE HOME: Michael Graves, postmodern architect, designer of the Portland Building in Oregon and the Crooks House in Indiana, has a new feather in his cap: availability at Target. The discount chain commissioned the architect to create a line of housewares after working with him on the restoration of the Washington Monument, which it's partly funding.
