Basking in the afterglow of the South Lawn signing of the Middle East peace agreement, the Clinton Administration launched the sales job on its health-care plan and rolled out three former Presidents -- Gerald Ford, Jimmy Carter and George Bush -- to endorse the North American Free Trade Agreement.
