AFTER MONTHS OF FRETTING THAT BILL CLINTON ISN'T A NEW DEMOCRAT after all, that he's an unreconstructed liberal masquerading as a centrist, many pundits have changed their mind. Clinton, they now argue, is little different from George Bush.
