Bill Clinton called a radio host during the New York primary, announcing "This is Bubba." The name stuck. Next month the first issue of Bubba magazine (written in Manhattan by non-Bubbas, natch) will appear. Sample wisdom: Hillary's no Bubbette, but be cool -- her husband controls the bombs.
