One of the few areas where the Russians are tops is rocketry. Now they've teamed up with Lockheed to market their skills. A joint venture between the aerospace firm and Russia's Khrunichev Enterprise will sell launch services to the West. About 60% of U.S. commercial launches are now handled by Europe's Arianespace consortium.
