For years, Goldman Sachs co- chairman ROBERT RUBIN has personally supervised a blind trust that holds investments for Texas Senator LLOYD BENTSEN, Clinton's designated Treasury Secretary. Rubin, who will be Clinton's senior economic adviser, resigned from Goldman last week to accept the White House position. Now Bentsen must decide whether to leave the trust with Goldman or move it to another firm.
