Radio's Howard Stern has created a broadcast empire out of ethnic slurs and arrested adolescence. The Federal Communications Commission is not amused, and fined KLSX-FM in Los Angeles -- one of the nation's 10 Stern-carrying stations -- a record $105,000 for airing Stern's dirty laundry.
