The slender former executive of the Bank of Credit & Commerce International clearly feared for his life. Speaking before a Senate subcommittee last week, Masihur Rahman told how a fellow B.C.C.I. official had threatened to shoot him if he exposed the rampant fraud and corruption at the heart of the bank.
