The New York Governor signed a bill restricting "dwarf tossing" and "dwarf bowling." In tossing, a consenting and harnessed dwarf is hurled toward a mattress; bowling entails a dwarf's being strapped to a skateboard and rolled at a set of pins. Cuomo called these diversions "strange."
