Czechoslovakia's best-known defector went home last week. Eleven years after leaving her homeland, Tennis Superstar Martina Navratilova, 29, headed the top-seeded U.S. team as it arrived in Prague for the Federation Cup, the women's equivalent of the all-male Davis Cup.
