John Beverly, 42, a Viet Nam veteran, suffers from posttraumatic stress disorder, which includes sudden flashbacks of battlefield terror. Last week two administrative-law judges in Wisconsin awarded Beverly $85,700 in worker's compensation after finding that co-workers at the Miller brewery in Milwaukee preyed on him from 1981 to 1983 by taunting him with loud noises.
