Tommy Tune has one big advantage over other dancers, choreographers and directors of musicals. It is not that he is 6 ft. 6 in., although that helps. Nor is it that he has the most musical name on Broadway. No. Tune's advantage is that he had the luck to grow up in Texas around real hoofers, the most graceful performers on legs.
