About 200 guests showed up at Washington's fashionable Club La Serre last week to celebrate the appearance of the Fleetwood Mac rock group. Among them: Chip Carter and House Majority Whip John Brademas, along with a sprinkling of Senators (Alan Cranston and Dick Clark) and political hopefuls (Bill Bradley and Yvonne Burke).
