American politics once belonged exclusively to the Mayflower Mafia men with names like Washington, Franklin and Hamilton. But over the past half-century, Capitol Hill has been successfully overrun by ethnics and immigrants of every flag and stripe. So much so that it becomes harder every year to pronounce the names of Senators and Representatives.
