While antiwar students observed the Viet Nam Moratorium for the third time last week, the conservative Young Americans for Freedom staged "Tell It to Hanoi" teach-ins at a number of campuses across the country. Because of war weariness or the distraction of exams, the activists on both sides failed to rouse much enthusiasm.
