Hope in Indo-China?

Sir:

In 1952, as national commander of the Jewish War Veterans, I [visited] Viet Nam and . . . can attest to the accuracy of your observations in your Nov. 22 story on Ho Chi Minh, [but] a number of optimistic points might be made on the basis of what I saw.
