SURPLUSES: Cover over the Junk

The Government is going to pile part of its vast stocks of surplus war materials up neatly in open spaces, throw a framework of wood or steel around the piles and then bolt corrugated sheet metal around the frames.

By shipping the warehouse units to areas where surpluses exist, rather than by shipping the surpluses to central warehouses, ODT will save transportation, and will keep stocks of surplus goods where prospective buyers may examine the merchandise.
