Business & Finance: Seats for Civilians?

The Army promised last week to return to the airlines 26 more of the 158 air transports which it requisitioned from the operators in 1942. When these planes return, some time this winter, the airlines will have 300 planes in service, only 24 fewer than they had two winters ago.
