Most rugged individuals deplore Fascism without being able to do anything more about it. Not so one rugged individual named Arturo Toscanini. Last week, as the world and his wife cluck-clucked helplessly over Nazi activities in Austria (see p. 19) the bantamweight maestro got in a smart jab to his old enemy's musical midriff.
