In New York and Pennsylvania, Midget Wolgast is flyweight champion of the world because he won an elimination tournament sanctioned by the boxing boards in those States. Everywhere else Frankie Genaro, elderly and cautious Italian, is champion. Last week in Madison Square Garden the two champions sparred 15 rounds to decide it once for all.
