When Orderly Juan Rivera shambled in 45 minutes later with breakfast he received a furious frontal kick from hungry Captain Rodriguez, crumpled up and died. Last week kicking Captain Rodriguez was tried by a Mexican court-martial, sentenced to be shot. "This is the first death sentence in the Mexican Army since 1927," announced a careful spokesman for the Court. "In that year General Rueda Quijana was shot for high treason."
