Surrounded by crates loaded with personal papers, the former Secretary of State's six aides are setting up shop in a corner suite atop a downtown Washington office building. The space was made available by Georgetown's Center for Strategic and International Studies. Kissinger will lecture at Georgetown for six months at a salary of about $15,000.
