As refugees come home, the Israelis yield positions to U. N. forces

Kilometer by kilometer, village by village, Israeli soldiers last week began turning over their positions to Norwegian, Nepalese and Iranian contingents of the United Nations Interim Force in Lebanon (UNIFIL).
