"There's nothing in the rule book that says a basketball floor can't be purple," says Pop Artist Robert Indiana. Or orange, blue, yellow and red, the colors Indiana has just used to paint the floor boards of the Milwaukee Exposition Convention Center Arena, home of the Milwaukee Bucks.
