Already the recipient of a House Judiciary Committee subpoena for tapes relating to his role in Watergate, President Nixon collected another last week.

The new subpoena, requested by Special Prosecutor Leon Jaworski and approved by Judge John Sirica, demanded tapes of 64 conversations between Nixon and his aides from June 20, 1972 through June 4, 1973. Jaworski has been vainly seeking the tapes in private negotiations with the White House since Jan. 9.
