THE Republican Convention will be coordinated and run by a group of trusted Nixon men. Among them:

JOHN MITCHELL. The President's closest political adviser, former Attorney General and 1968 campaign manager has no official role at the convention: as director of the Committee for the Re-Election of the President, his preoccupation goes beyond the convention to shaping Richard Nixon's campaign.
