The Economy: Piecemeal Suicide?
To the Editors:
It is incredible to watch my Republican Party continue to commit piecemeal suicide, the latest shocker being the proposed 5% surtax on the middle and working classes.
The same mistake that was made in Viet Nam and Korea, that of asking only a portion of the citizens to sacrifice, is being made in our own domestic Viet Nam.
