Most of Colonel Orkins' subordinates are men, which could cause a protocol problem for the 22-year-old biology major on Saturday nights. ("May I have this dance, sirI mean madam?") Luckily her fiance attends another university and hence is outside her control, militarily speaking. They intend to marry this yearafter she receives her Air Force commission.
