Spotting the camera, the angry man orders an aide to pursue the photographer.
What a coup! Magazines sold out on newsstands across the country. How did Esquire do it? In a manner worthy of a tight-lipped Hughes aide, Editor Harold Hayes huffed, "I think I must elect not to discuss it...
