In the steel mills and barrooms of Aliquippa, Pa., the men who make steel heatedly debate one subject. They beat it to pieces during Coke breaks in the fiery shadows of the open hearths, carry it into the Balkan Café and the Mill City Inn and Ernie's Steak House, hash it out in their homes.
