A London magistrate called up two defendants in Bow Street police court one day last week. The first was Private Anthony Walter Plant, 19, of the 2nd Battalion of the Coldstream Guards. The second was Ian Douglas Harvey. Conservative Member of Parliament for Harrow East and Joint Parliamentary Under Secretary of State at the Foreign Office, the third top Foreign Office post.
