In his never-ending war with dozens of people he writes about, terrible-tempered Columnist Westbrook Pegler reserves the choicest epithets and nicknames for his archenemy, Eleanor Roosevelt. Pegler delights in calling her "The Gab," "The Widow" and "La Boca Grande." But last week Pegler's boss, William R. Hearst Jr., started doing some heavy editing on Pegler's columns. "La Boca Grande" was cut out, and in its place went a rare name: Mrs. Eleanor Roosevelt.
