Honoris Causa This spring, as every spring, scores of distinguished soldiers, authors and industrialists will troop across scores of U.S. campuses to accept honorary degrees as Doctors of Law. But not at the University of Denver. Last week Denver's Chancellor Albert C. Jacobs announced that he had hit on a new award more appropriate to the achievements of men far removed from the field of law. The new Denver degree: Doctor of Public Service.
