The White House Renovation Commission announced its plans for disposing of the historic debris salvaged from the rebuilding job. Beginning next month, souvenir hunters may order a whole list of mementos by mail. Samples: 25¢ for a piece of hand-split lath; $100 for enough bricks to face an ordinary fireplace.
