ADVERTISING: Voluntary Liquidation

The Manhattan advertising agency of George Bijur, Inc. announced that it would suspend for the duration. Yet the agency had more business than ever; from Johnson & Johnson, Mutual Broadcasting, Lea & Perrins Sauce, other accounts, its billings would have topped $1,000,000 this year. Reason for quitting: George Bijur and all his executives want to enlist. Said he this week: "I don't like to quit, but I'd feel much worse if I stayed."
