Adolf Hitler was so busy in Russia last week
that he sent his regrets to the Munich celebration of the Nazi Party's
22nd anniversary. At the same time he offered the opinion that the
world's troubles had been caused by Jews. From Stockholm, New York
Times Correspondent George Axelsson telephoned that Hitler had said he
would not return to Germany until Russia was conquered.
