Jumpy quisling authorities cracked down on the quiet Norwegian weekly Allers Familie Journal last week, arrested Managing Editor Marianne Tandberg and well-known Norwegian Artist Erik Engebretsen. Reason; a Journal cover by Engebretsen displayed a woman in a blue, white-starred swimming suit seated before a background of red and white stripes.
