Although executives of Libbey-Owens-Ford Glass Co. may never have read the Little Willie jingles, they last week created their own Willie, a lad also fated to lead a hazardous and unfortunate life. The glass company character is Willie Ever-fearn, a lifelike figure of a 14-year-old boy which stands at the entrance to Libbey-Owens-Ford's plate glass factory in Toledo.
