Break of Hearts (RKO) is the story of the fascinating orchestra leader, adored by women generally, and his beautiful wife, adored by the orchestra leader's playboy crony in particular, and the difficulties which they cause each other before achieving final reconciliation. When the wife leaves the orchestra leader, she runs into such troubles as alcoholism, fainting spells and fits of giggles to conceal her breaking heart. When she refuses to take him back, he experiences the same symptoms, with overtones of rudeness, egomania and, finally, prostration.
