From Atlanta to Jacksonville. . . . From San Diego to Los Angeles. . . . From St. Louis to Tulsa. . . . From Cincinnati to Chicago. Those would be average flights for U. S. airline passengers, according to figures released last week by the Department of Commerce. The Department found that 164.500 passengers carried in the third quarter of the year made trips averaging 275 mi. Average for last year: 229 mi.
