Undergraduate outbursts, last week, included the following:

At Dickinson College (Carlisle, Pa.), one Thomas Gibb, 19, paralytic Freshman, was initiated into the Alpha Chi Rho fraternity. Told to let himself down from a three-story window by a rope looped to the sash, he climbed out. The rope slipped, gave way, tumbling him to the ground. His parents, in China, were notified that he had suffered a broken hip, wrist, ankle, that he might die.
