Medicine: Wood Alcohol

In New York City last year ten of the 759 deaths from alcoholism were due to wood alcohol (methanol) ; in 1925, six of the 682 alcoholic deaths were so due. Wood alcohol, claimed the editors of Chemicals, trade publication, last week, has been maligned as a cause of death.
