Nixon's Phase II
Sir: President Nixon stated that Phase II of his new economic policy would have "teeth" in it. After seeing a broad outline of Phase II, I think that they must be false teeth. Labor, business and public representatives will rule on wage increases, and labor will still have the right to strike.
