On a hurried political expedition into New York City last week, Texas' Senator Lyndon B. Johnson all but bumped into Massachusetts' Senator John F. Kennedy, who had slipped away from his seaside vacation retreat at Hyannisport, Mass, to do some New York politicking himself.
