Education: Report Card

¶ The National Association for the Protection of White People and Fair Treatment of Negroes was chartered by a Florida circuit court, with former Governor Fuller Warren as its attorney. The association will try to gain support for a constitutional amendment which would give the states power to make their own policy on mixed schools and mixed marriages.
