Giant Snow Train. A six-unit "snow train," weighing between 125 and 130 tons and capable of carrying the same amount in freight, has been built by Le Tourneau Co. for the Alaska Freight Lines. The $290,000 giant is powered by two 400-h.p. diesel generators that provide power for all 24 of the freighter's 7-ft.-4-in. pneumatic-tired wheels.
