THE SUPREME COURT: Third Strike

This week the U.S. Supreme Court for the third time refused to listen to a plea to set aside the Rosenbergs' conviction. The decision left the Rosenbergs only one apparent way to escape death in the electric chair: if they tell U.S. officials what they know about other Communist spies, they might possibly win for themselves a presidential commutation of sentence.
